SPIRITS
Spirits, also known as distilled beverages or liquor, are alcoholic drinks produced through the process of
distillation, which involves heating a fermented liquid to separate and concentrate its alcohol content.
Common types of spirits include vodka, whiskey, rum, gin, tequila, and brandy. Each type has distinct

VERMOUTH
Vermouth is a type of fortified wine flavored with various botanicals, including herbs, spices, and roots.
Vermouth is a key ingredient in many classic cocktails, such as the Martini and the Negroni, and can also
be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, often served over ice with a twist of citrus. Its versatility and complex
flavor make it a staple in both home and professional bars.
WINES
Wine is an alcoholic beverage made from fermented grapes or other fruits. The fermentation process
involves yeast converting the sugars in the fruit into alcohol and carbon dioxide. Wines are typically
classified into several types, including red, white, rosé, sparkling, and fortified, each with distinct
production methods and flavor profiles.
Wines are enjoyed for their diverse flavors, which can vary significantly based on grape variety, growing

Cavaway was founded with a passion for celebrating life’s special moments. Our journey began in the heart of Larnaka, where we recognized a growing appreciation for the art of cava. With a commitment to quality and a deep love for this effervescent delight, we set out to create a space where enthusiasts and newcomers alike could explore and enjoy the finest beverage selections.
In 2017, Cavaway became part of the Alexandrion Group of Romania, a move that significantly enhanced our capabilities and reach. Since 2003, and with more than 20 years of experience in the Cyprus market, Cavaway is a growing company in the distribution of beverages, local and imported, in Cyprus. Strategic partnerships with local and worldwide companies have been part of our growing success. The diversity of skills and experience of the team ensures that every aspect of the business is governed impeccably.
In 2024, we proudly expanded our operations with the opening of a new distribution center in Limassol, further solidifying our commitment to serving our customers across Cyprus
